RizzX ("we", "our") is an AI texting assistant. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and what we share with our third-party AI provider.
RizzX creates an anonymous account for your device. We do not collect your name, email, or phone number.
We only collect data you actively give us. Screenshots are collected when you tap to pick them from your device's photo library — we never scan your library and never access photos you have not selected. Messages, context notes, and style notes are collected when you type them and tap send. Quiz answers are collected from the onboarding questions you answer. Usage events are recorded automatically as you move between screens and never contain message content. We do not collect location, contacts, camera, microphone, or advertising identifiers.
RizzX works by sending your input to a third-party AI provider, OpenAI (OpenAI, L.L.C.), which generates the suggestions. We do this only after you give explicit in-app consent, and only for the feature you are using. What we send:
Your uploaded screenshots are never stored on our servers — they are used to produce your result and then discarded. Your AI wingman chats and the results you generate are saved to your private history until you delete them. Nothing you send is ever sold or used to train AI models. OpenAI acts solely as our data processor under the OpenAI API Business Terms and Data Processing Addendum, and is contractually required to provide the same or equal level of protection for this data as described in this policy. Under those terms OpenAI does not use API inputs or outputs to train its models, does not sell this data, and does not use it for advertising or for any purpose other than returning your result to us. OpenAI may retain API data for a limited period — up to 30 days under its standard API policy — solely for abuse and misuse monitoring, after which it is deleted. See openai.com/policies. You can withdraw consent at any time in Settings → "AI data sharing", and delete your data at any time in Settings.
We also send your messages, and the AI's replies, to OpenAI's content moderation service to screen for unsafe content before anything is shown to you. This is a safety check only.
We store the text the AI generates for you (your replies, openers, analyses, and coach chats), the context notes and style notes you type with each request, your onboarding quiz answers, usage counters, and your subscription status (via RevenueCat and Apple). These stay in your private history until you delete them. We also record anonymous usage events (which app screens you reach — never message content) to improve the app. Recents shown in the app are stored only on your device.
We use Supabase (hosting & database), OpenAI (AI processing), RevenueCat and Apple (subscription billing). We do not sell personal data and we do not use third-party advertising trackers.
Screenshots may include messages from people you chat with. Only upload conversations you have the right to share, and don't use RizzX to harass or deceive anyone.
Settings → "delete my data" permanently deletes your account, history, and profile from our servers. Immediately.
RizzX is for users 16 and older.
